Stunning views from Palma 🌊

Brekkie was unreal, the staff were super friendly, and we loved the two outdoor pools—never over crowded! The sea view from our room was a proper treat!

Had a bit of a hassle with the air conditioning. could've been better, man.

Air conditioning issues require serious attention!!! The decor in several areas desperately needs refurbishment!!! It's unacceptable to have a dirty pool bar with expensive menu offerings that don’t match the poolside vibe!!!

a lovely stay with room for improvement

The staff in the restaurant were exceptional, always attentive and eager to help. I particularly enjoyed the stunning ocean view from my room, creating a serene atmosphere during my stay. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a wide range of choices, from fresh fruits to delicious pastries that catered perfectly to all tastes.

The hotel, though beautiful, seems to show signs of aging and in need of some updates.

the fridge wasn’t stocked with water or coffee pods after the first day but the breakfast was insane so much to choose from. pool areas are really nice and not crowded at all. staff friendly and super helpful with anything we needed.

the gpro valparaiso is a chill spot with stunning views and a great pool area. the breakfast was super fresh, and the staff were friendly, always ready to recommend amazing local restaurants. easy transport links made getting around a breeze.

room cleaning was inconsistent.

The breakfast was wonderful with such a variety to choose from, I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh juices and egg options , the staff even made delicious omelettes just for us. Our room had a fantastic view from the 5th floor, waking up to see the marina and cathedral every morning was surreal and made each day feel special.

It wasn’t cheap but still bearable for the experience we got.

The Valparaiso is a visual delight with its elegant decor, blending modern amenities with traditional charm, making me feel like royalty strolling through a luxurious palace. The peaceful gardens and accessible pathways were a pleasant surprise for me.

More attention to room maintenance would be nice.

Staff members were mostly eager to assist, though I did encounter some inconsistencies with service. The check-out process felt overly rigid, lacking flexibility with requests I made. I found the indoor spa area could use better cleanliness and upkeep, which detracted from the relaxation vibe. the spa's water had a high salt concentration, which caused a rash on my skin. some aspects were charming like the view and breakfast, but the property showed signs of aging and needs some updates.

Breakfast was a treat, featuring a wide variety of options like made-to-order omelets, fresh fruits, and pastries that could satisfy any palate. The pool area was well maintained with ample loungers and excellent service, enabling a relaxing experience by the water. having to pay for additional items like coffee capsules and bottled water felt surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

Spent a night in a Deluxe Double Room with a sea view. Beautiful pools and great variety at breakfast. Lots of activities like bike rentals on site. Some staff were friendly, but the check-out process felt overly rigid and lacked flexibility.
